September 16-17, 2010

The trip was incrediable. The first day was really long took us 6 hours to get there. When we went to see Seabotix the robots blew me away. The capability of the robots was increadible. The robots could pull a human out of the water. I found out that human can survive 90 minutes underwater if the water is really cold. There is were the robot comes in and saves the day. They can be use to fish and explore under water ship recks. We went to UCSD (University of California, San Diego) the robot had an incredible design. They didn't really have us a straight answer about the what camera to use. He have us alot of information about information. It helped us alot.

We had a meeting about seaboxtics. Coach Freddy was frustated because no one help him do research. He told us to read the manual for the AUV because we need to ask question to the people that have build AUV. If we are not prepare then we won't get anything from the trip to Sam Diego.

September 8, 2010

I watch Hugo painting the frame of the robot. I wish I could of help it looked extraordinary. He was almost done but unfortunately we ran out of paint. When we went to the play room there we kids that are home school. They are really smart they ask many question to Coach Freddy. It was funny because they keep taking pictures of Coach Freddy. Coach Freddy is a celebrity to people in FIRST. To people in Team 842 he is an inspiration because he always pushes us to do more than the best and to work hard. The kids had a lot of ideas I was shocked because of there age when I was there age never worried about build a lego robot.

I brought four duct tapes and one. I met a politician at AGUILA's office.

August 30- September 2

On monday we were cutting the frames with Eddie. Joach and Isaac cut it perfect. I was jeolous because I didn't do it right. Everyone learns from their mistakes. So who doesnt start making mistakes then they won't learn anything. On Tuesday I was watching Dilan and a group of new students putting on the frames together. I arrive a little late because I was doing math homework. On Wednesday Dilan, Martin and I were trying to set up the tires in the middle of the hinges so they won't move when the robot moves. We had it easy until there was a tire that was giving us problems because it wasn't fitting in the middle. Elizabeth was sreaming at us because we didn't hurry up. On Thursday we watch the movie "2 million minutes" it was made me want to study more and do all my homework. It was ironic because Johns's roomate walk-in and he was Chinese. He was really impress with the robot we had.
